ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER

The Sisters of Mercy have pledged themselves to continue to support wholeheartedly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples in their struggle for justice. One way they are doing this is: The Irrkerlantye Media Unit in Alice Springs - funded in part by Mercy Works to provide opportunities for young indigenous people to record changes that are happening in their community and to assist them to think more positively about themselves.
