By purchasing via the Mercy Works Ltd. web site you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Your use of the site, services and content is at your sole discretion and own risk.

We deliver within Australia and overseas.
Items are posted within 1-3 working days from receipt of order.
Postage and packing charges are included in the donation amounts shown. There are no further charges added.
All care is taken with posting, but we are unable to take responsibility once it is the hands of Australia Post.

Cancelled orders
Unfortunately once an order has been submitted, we are unable to process a cancellation.

We use PayPal to handle the financial transaction – your credit card details are secure and are not stored on this web site. You do not need to have a PayPal account to buy items – you can use credit or debit cards.

All gift card purchases and donations to Mercy Works Ltd over $2 are tax deductible.

Mercy Works Ltd. is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept secure.

We only use this information to identify your orders, and personalise your shopping experience with us. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone else.

We use cookies to allow you to login to your account and purchase items in your shopping cart. We also use these cookies to help enhance your web site experience – they allow us to keep track of the way that customers use our site. We don’t treat the data collected as personal information or use it in association with other personal information. Being able to find out things like what type of web browsers our customers use, the page they visited before they came to our site, and the pages that they stop by helps us to evaluate behavioural trends and keep improving.
