Lisa Farrell

Lisa brings over 15 years of experience in the community services sector, promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and empowerment. She leads the Mercy Works Connect program in Western Australia, supporting students and adults from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds through learning and mentoring.

Lisa’s background includes managing education and wellbeing programs for young people at risk, delivering counselling and workshops, and coordinating initiatives for First Nations children and youth. She holds qualifications in Human Services and Leadership and is currently completing a Diploma in Counselling. Passionate about emotional intelligence and community connection, Lisa believes in the power of empathy and diversity to build stronger, more compassionate communities.
