Jenny Howard

Board Member

Jenny Howard is an accomplished leader with a career spanning education, government social reform, and community service.

Jenny has held senior leadership roles driving statewide initiatives that improve outcomes for Aboriginal communities, refugees, and disadvantaged groups. She has led cultural capability programs and major policy reforms across NSW, influencing strategies in education, youth justice, child protection, and emergency management.   Jenny's leadership experience also includes coordinating volunteer training for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, managing refugee employment programs, and spearheading youth engagement projects in education and sport. She currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Reconciliation NSW. Jenny holds a Master of Educational Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Communication, and a Bachelor of Science.
