Fiona McKenzie

Board Member

Fiona McKenzie is an experienced senior executive and governance leader with more than 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector. She currently serves as Head of Customer Service, Risk and Governance at Uniting NSW.ACT, where she leads enterprise-wide customer strategy, complaints management, digital transformation and Board reporting.

Fiona brings strong expertise in risk, compliance, financial oversight and organisational transformation, alongside a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. She has extensive experience supporting large and diverse communities, overseeing services that engage thousands of clients and staff each day. A member of Mercy Works’ Finance, Risk and Audit Committee since 2023, Fiona is passionate about strengthening governance and advancing mission-driven impact.
